When you make a payment through Stripe or otherwise accept these Terms online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and Trueframe Studio Oy (“Trueframe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.1 “User Content” means any text, prompts, images, videos, audio, metadata, or other material that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Service.
1.2 “Model Training Use” means the use of User Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve machine-learning, generative-AI, large language models, or similar artificial-intelligence systems.
1.3 “Outputs” means content generated by the Service in response to your prompt or input, or based (in whole or in part) on your User Content.
1.4 “Subscription” means a paid plan or membership providing access to premium features of the Service.
1.5 “Third-Party Models” means foundation or external AI models maintained or licensed from third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) used within the Service.
1.6 “Confidential Information” means non-public information of a party disclosed to the other that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.
1.7 “Agreement” means these Terms together with any applicable order form, data-processing addendum, or supplemental terms.
1.8 “Managed Services” means AI-generated content creation services (video, photo, or related creative work) performed by Trueframe’s personnel on behalf of the Customer.
1.9 “Self-Service Platform” means Trueframe’s online software tools that allow Customers to independently create AI-generated videos or photos.
1.10 “Deliverables” means AI-generated videos, photos, or other outputs produced either through the Managed Services or via the Self-Service Platform.
Trueframe grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable right to access and use the Services solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable order or subscription plan.
